Beat the milk, four whole eggs, oil, salt, and shredded cheese in a blender
Add the cassava flour to the mixture, stirring well until it forms a nearly liquid consistency
Grease mini pie molds with a little bit of oil only, as this recipe uses too much oil, pour the mixture into them and bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown
If you prefer, you can also bake the entire mass in a round cake pan
After it's ready, you can top the cheese pies with melted cheese or other types of cheese and reheat them in a microwave oven
