In a bowl, mix together the wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg, yolk and 2/3 cup of milk
Mix well to obtain a smooth dough

Separately, in another bowl, dissolve the yeast with the remaining milk and let it rest for 30 minutes
Add the lemon zest, dissolved yeast, and mix well
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
Assembly
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Divide the dough into eight balls
Brush with egg and arrange the puddings in a baking dish
Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Remove, brush with condensed milk, dust with granulated sugar before serving.
