Combine all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl and mix until you get a dough
Filling
Heat the milk, add grated coconut and mix
In another bowl, whisk together cornstarch and egg yolks until smooth
Then, pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring, until it forms a creamy filling
Assembly
Place the dough in a round pan, make holes, and bake for 15 minutes
Cover the dough with the filling, sprinkle shredded coconut on top, and spread sweetened condensed milk
Bake until golden.
