Step 1: Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, parsley, olives, and mortadela
Add eggs, butter, and yeast, and mix well
Season with salt and black pepper
Step 3: Transfer the dough to the prepared bread mold and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Insert a toothpick into the center of the bread; if it comes out clean, the bread is done
Remove from the oven and let cool
