1 jar of Nutella (200 g)

Take the puff pastry out of the freezer and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour before using
Filling
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool and mix well with Nutella
Let it chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Assembly
Cut rectangles of 14 cm x 7 cm from the pastry
Place a spoonful of chocolate cream on top of each one
Fold, apply egg white to the edges of the pastry and press to seal well
Place in a baking dish, make designs with the tip of a knife and brush with whisked egg yolk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown
Serve warm or cold.
