1 prawn of 34 to 36 cm in length

Cut off one end of the prawn and reserve it
Remove the shell from the prawn leaving a 1 cm thick layer, reserve the shell
In a medium-sized bowl, mix and mash together with a fork the ham, mayonnaise, ketchup, parsley, pickled peppers, black pepper, and prawn shell
With a narrow rubber spatula, fill the prawn with this mixture
Close the prawn end again with the end that was removed and cut into slices of about 3.5 cm, garnish with parsley
Serve immediately or wrap in aluminum foil and store in the refrigerator until serving time
As a main course for lunch or dinner, serves 6 portions.
