Sift together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl; add the butter or margarine in small pieces and mix until the mixture has a granular consistency; add the milk to obtain a workable dough
Place the dough on a floured surface
Knead carefully for 1/2 minute
Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thickness
Cut into 4 cm slices
Place the slices on an ungreased baking sheet
Roll out the remaining dough again and cut one more time
Bake in a hot oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
