In a bowl, mix together 100g of butter, the egg, milk, yeast, flour, spices, and sugar
Work the dough until it comes away from your hands
Let it rest for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size

Butter a rectangular baking dish
Melt the remaining butter and chocolate together in a double boiler with the almond paste
Place the dough on a floured surface and mix in the raisins
Let it rest covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes

Roll out the dough to a rectangle of about 35 cm by the width of the baking dish
Spread the chocolate, leaving a 2 cm border
Distribute the chopped nuts and roll up the dough
Wrap in greased plastic wrap, place in the baking dish, and let it rest for 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Remove the plastic wrap and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
