4 pork loin chops (240 g)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine for brushing (20 g)

Fry the linguiça in a skillet until it browns, stirring frequently
Remove from heat, combine with mozzarella cheese, flour, and parsley
Make a small incision on one side of each pork loin chop
Open and fill with the aid of a spoon
Place in a baking dish and brush the pork chops with butter or margarine
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 10 minutes, or until they're well warmed through
