Place the flour in a bowl
Make a depression in the middle and dissolve the yeast in it
Add sugar, salt, and some warm milk
Mix with a little all-purpose flour
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes
Cut the bacon and onion into small cubes
Fry in hot oil, stirring until the onion and bacon are translucent
Season to taste with black pepper
Let it cool on a wire rack, allowing excess oil to drain off
Add the remaining milk to the bowl
Mix well
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm
Cut into squares of 10cm and in the middle place a small mound of onion and bacon mixture
Fold the sides to the center and press down
Place on an oiled baking sheet, with the folds facing down, leaving a space of 5cm between each morsel
Place the baking sheet over a low pan with hot water, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 20 minutes
Brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes
Make about 10 morsels.
