1 Unthaw the pastry and make 10 triangles, each 4 x 8 cm, while it's still cold
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
2 Wrap each sausage in a triangle of pastry
3 To close, moisten with water the point of the pastry and press well
4 Using a spoon or brush, apply a little beaten egg to each sausage roll
5 Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
