Preheat the oven to 200°F (hot)
Place the yeast in a bowl and melt the butter or margarine in a pan
Remove from heat and add milk
Add sugar
Let it cool until lukewarm and pour over the yeast
Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a protected place, until bubbles form
Add salt and flour, cup by cup
Knead until smooth
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth
Let it rise in a protected place for 1 hour
Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into 4 parts
Make each part into a ball and open each one into a circle 1/2 cm thick
Cut each circle into 6 equal triangles and roll starting with the larger side (see how to do it in "Secrets for a delicious bread")
Turn the points inward
Place on greased trays and cover with a cloth
Let it rise in a protected place for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it doubles in volume
Brush with egg
Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
Make 24 little rolls.
