Crack the egg into a large bowl
Whisk lightly with a fork
Add the yogurt, oil, and honey
Mix well
Add the baking soda and flour and mix well
Grease 6 to 8 small cupcake liners
Fill with the mixture
Bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through
Let cool and serve 6 to 8 little puddings.
