Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Aquech the milk to a boil, then pour it over the butter or margarine, salt, and sugar
Let it sit until cooled slightly
Let it rest
Mixed the yeast with lightly beaten eggs
Add wheat flour gradually, until dough forms
Let it rise for 1 hour
Punch down the dough, shape into little loaves, brush with egg, sprinkle with paprika or sesame seeds
Let it rise again for 45 minutes
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (170°C) until golden brown
Let it cool
Wrap in aluminum foil and store in the freezer (-18°C) for up to 30 days
Serve still wrapped and frozen, on a baking sheet, in a hot oven (200°C) previously heated
Yield: approximately 20 little loaves
Cold storage: refrigerator freezer duplex 7 days, and deep freezer 30 days.
