Bring the milk to a boil and let it rise
Add the butter or margarine, sugar, and salt
Let it cool down until lukewarm
Activate the yeast in warm water and add it to the milk mixture
Add half of the flour, mix well, and knead
Add sufficient flour to obtain a workable dough
Place the dough in a greased bowl, grease the surface of the dough, and let it rise in a protected area until it doubles in volume
Shape into small rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2cm between each roll
Brush with melted butter and cover, letting it rise for another 30 to 40 minutes
Brush with more melted butter and bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
