1 cup of ricotta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons of milk
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons of grated carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped pickle relish

Cut 8cm x 8cm squares from each slice of bread with the help of a square cookie cutter
Reserve six squares
Use a smaller square cookie cutter to cut out the centers of the remaining squares
Place three of the squares without centers on top of each of the reserved squares
Spread mayonnaise between the squares
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly browned
Remove from the oven and let cool
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, milk, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, grated carrot, and pickle relish
Place the filling in the center of the stacked squares and bake until golden brown
