Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions
Calculate the time for the pasta to be ready with the sauce
While that's happening, melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic and onion
Saute for 3 minutes and then add the milk, mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan cheese
Mix well and add the Catupiry cheese
When the cheeses are melted and incorporated into the sauce, season with salt and remove from heat
Add the cream and mix vigorously
Drain the mass and combine with the sauce
