In a large pot, place 3 liters of water, cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and let it boil again
Add the fusilli pasta in batches, stirring and cooking until al dente
Mozzarella Cheese Sauce
Heat four tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and quickly sauté the carrot
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Drain the fusilli pasta
Combine it with the carrot mixture
Add the remaining cheese sauce, parsley, and olive oil, stirring well
Remove from heat and serve.
