Beat the eggs with the coffee until it thickens slightly
Boil the sugar and water, stirring until it comes to a boil
Let it simmer for 7 minutes
Add this hot mixture slowly to the eggs, beating well
Continue beating until cooled
Add the whipped cream
Pour into a mold or 6 portions
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate
To serve, quickly immerse in hot water and unmold
Decorate to taste
