In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice
Beta with an electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes)
If it becomes too sticky, cover the mixer bowl with a clean cloth
Beat the heavy cream or whipped cream to obtain soft peaks: gently fold into the strawberry mixture
Place in a decorative mold and refrigerate or freeze for 6 hours or overnight
To unmold, warm the mold slightly or place a hot cloth over it
