1 bunch of radishes
salt and black pepper to taste

Mix the ricotta with the milk
Wash and dry the parsley and green scallions
Chop finely
Chop the peeled onions
Chop the radishes, reserving some for garnish
Combine the ricotta, parsley, green scallions, and chopped radish or coarsely grated radish
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Refrigerate until serving time
Garnish with reserved radish slices and serve with black bread.
