4 fruitcakes made with crystallized fruits
1 small cooked potato, cut into cubes
1 slice of salted fat, cut into strips
1 small grated carrot
1 cucumber, cut into cubes
1 red apple, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of black olive paste
200g of cooked and shredded chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise

1 Cut off the top of the fruitcakes and remove the core, leaving a 2cm border
In a bowl, combine the potato, salted fat, carrot, cucumber, apple, black olive paste, and chicken breast
2 Season with salt, pepper, onion, and mix well with mayonnaise
Stuff the fruitcakes with the crumble and serve immediately accompanied by green leaves
