1 package of ready-to-use puff pastry (600 g)
Fillling:
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 cup of cooked and mashed pumpkin
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs from fresh bread, well-crumbled
Frying oil
1 package of ready-to-use puff pastry (600 g)
Fillling:

Fry the garlic and onion in butter or margarine over low heat until golden brown
Add the pumpkin and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Add the cheese and breadcrumbs
Place 1 tablespoon of filling on one half of the puff pastry
Close well and fry in hot oil
Make about 40 turnovers.
