Caramelize the garlic in butter and olive oil until golden

Add the crab meat and salt
Stir until they start cooking

Join the cayenne pepper, coconut milk, heavy cream, and coriander
Mix well

Gradually add the cornstarch until it reaches a creamy consistency

Once the cream has cooled, fill the pastries and fry in hot olive oil.
