1 Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato in oil
Add the ground beef and cook until all liquid is gone
Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
Add the chopped parsley, egg, and olives
2 Let it cool and fill the pastry dough
Cut into half-moon shapes with a cookie cutter and press edges to seal
Fry in hot oil
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
