4 slices of beef oxtail with bones
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin and coriander mixed
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
6 green onions finely chopped
6 cups of water
Pirao (a type of Brazilian sausage)
1/2 cup of cassava flour
4 cups of beef broth (if necessary, add more water)

Cook all the ingredients in a pressure cooker
When boiling, reduce heat and start counting 50 minutes
For Pirao: mix cassava flour and broth in a pan, stirring constantly until thickened
Serve 4 portions.
