Combine the first three ingredients until you have a pliable dough and knead it with your hands in small pieces
Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly into disks
Place a small amount of the guava filling in the center and fold the pastry over to form a triangle, pressing the edges together with a fork
Press the edges firmly with your fingers, making sure they are well-sealed
Place the puffs on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (200°C) preheated to golden brown perfection for about 30 minutes.
