1 3/4 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup of Port wine
guava for the filling
a pinch of confectioner's sugar to dust

Mix all the dough ingredients together
Knead well
Roll out on a floured surface and cut into 7 cm diameter circles
Fill with a small piece of guava
Fold forming a tart (semi-circle) and press the edges with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C), in an ungreased baking dish, until golden brown
Remove from the oven and dust with confectioner's sugar.
