Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and sausage
Turn off the heat, mix in the pepper sauce and cheese
Let it cool completely
Cut the puff pastry into 12 cm circles, fill and fry the pastries in hot oil
Place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess fat and serve immediately.
