Mix the dough ingredients well
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface
Cut into slices using a cup
Place a little fadge or prosciutto on one half of the slices
Fold in half to form a turnover
Press the edges with the tips of a fork
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet
Brush with egg and bake in a moderate oven until slightly golden.
