2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 medium-sized potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup of beef broth
200g of beans, cleaned and cut into 3cm pieces with salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a pan
Add the beef, onion, and garlic, and let it fry until golden brown
Add the potato cubes, beef broth, cover, and cook for 50 minutes or until the beef is tender
Add more hot water as needed, stirring gently
Cook the beans for 1 minute in boiling water with salt, then rinse under cold running water
When the beef is tender, remove the lid from the pan and simmer over high heat until the sauce thickens
Add the prepared beans and season with salt and black pepper
Place the beef filling on the dough, cover with the remaining dough, and bake according to the basic dough recipe instructions
Serve 4-6 portions.
