In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, sausage, and chopped onion
Add the milk, grated cheese, egg, salt, soy sauce, parsley, olives, and all-purpose flour
Mix well and shape into a ball
Dredge the ball in cake flour and refrigerate for an hour
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat
Brown the meatball on all sides, turning it carefully to ensure even browning
Add the homemade tomato sauce, water, and cover the skillet
Simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat
If necessary, add a little more water
Serve hot with cooked pasta.
