1 In a bowl, mix together the ham, eggs, and olives
Set aside
2 On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry very thinly and cut with the cookie cutter
3 Place one tablespoon of filling on half of the circle, brush the edges with water and fold the other half of the pastry over
Press the edges together tightly with a fork to seal
4 Preheat the oven to high temperature
Brush with egg and bake until golden.
