3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Leave the beef to soak in milk for several hours
Drain and pat dry
Run the pork sausage, anchovies, and bread through a meat grinder twice
Mix everything together very well
Add the milk, egg, flour, and pepper, mixing well
Grease a 22.5 x 10 cm loaf pan with bacon slices
Press the beef mixture into the prepared loaf pan
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 hour
Cover with aluminum foil if it starts to brown too much
Let cool before removing from the mold
Refrigerate before serving
