Cut the pork fatty meat, bacon, and pig lard into small pieces
Pulse everything through a food processor and then sift it
Season with salt and pepper
Add in cooked and finely chopped onions and scallions sautéed in butter or margarine
Then add in bay leaves, all-purpose flour, and whole eggs
Fill a ceramic bowl that has been lined with thin slices of bacon at the bottom and sides
Tightly pack the mixture and top it with additional thin slices of bacon
Bake in a moderate oven for 1.5 hours.
