1/2 cup of parsley leaves (45 g)
2 halves of walnuts
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of fresh Mina's cheese, cubed (140 g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (40 g)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
A sprig of parsley (for garnish)

In a processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth (approximately 2 minutes)
Transfer to a small bowl, garnish with parsley, and serve at room temperature or chilled.
