Salt and pepper the ground pork and sliced pork to your taste
In the bottom of the pot, place half of the ground pork, one slice of prosciutto, one slice of pork, another slice of prosciutto, another slice of pork, and finally the remaining ground pork
Close the pot well and secure it with a lid
Make a small amount of soft dough with wheat flour and water to seal hermetically the joint of the pot and the lid
