1 medium onion (100g), cut into rings
2 duck breasts (600g) without skin, cut into strips
2 1/3 cups of fresh or frozen green beans (300g)
2 tablespoons of garlic
1/4 cup of soy sauce (shoyu - 60ml)
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

In a medium pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat and fry the onion and duck breast, stirring occasionally, until the meat is lightly browned (about 5 minutes)
Add the green beans and cook until they're tender (about 5 minutes)
Add the garlic and stir until it melts (about 5 minutes)
Add the soy sauce and vinegar and stir until it's well heated (about 2 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve
