1 clean duck cut into pieces

Place the duck in a bowl and add all ingredients except the butter, tucupi, and jambu
Mix well
Let it marinate for 1 hour
Place the duck in a baking dish and brush with butter
Bake until cooked through
Next, place the duck in a pot and add the tucupi
Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes
Add the jambu leaves and serve hot
Serve chilled with brut champagne.
