In a blender, beat the yogurt with the white chocolate. Reserve
In an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form
Mix together the yogurt, whipped cream, and gelatin (prepared according to package instructions)
Layering in a refrigerator, alternate layers of dissolved White Bis and cream mixture
Refrigerate for at least three hours.
