4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Let the ice cream sit at room temperature until it's slightly creamy
Do not crush or grind the chocolate Bis, reserve as is
In a blender, beat the sweetened condensed milk, butter, whole milk, and cocoa powder until smooth
Place in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly for about 15 minutes or until the brigadeiro reaches a soft and creamy consistency
Let it cool
Cover the bottom of a removable 15-centimeter deep form with a layer of crushed Bis and press firmly
Lay down a layer of ice cream, followed by a layer of brigadeiro, and another layer of Bis
Finish with a layer of brigadeiro and cover with Bis
Place in the freezer until it hardens.
