Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie
Next, in a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and quickly whisk in the melted white chocolate

Add the whipped cream and mix well
In a refrigerator or removable mold, spread a layer of moist biscuits in milk and a layer of whipped cream
Alternate layers until all ingredients are used up
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
Decorate with white chocolate shavings just before serving.
