1/2 cup (8 oz) of all-purpose flour
3 cups of 300 ml whole milk
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
400g of white chocolate chips, grated
1 can of heavy cream, without serum
2 packages of champagne-style biscuits

Dissolve the flour in two cups of milk
Add the sweetened condensed milk and take the mixture to the oven until it thickens
Remove from heat and add half of the white chocolate
After cooling, add the heavy cream and reserve
Soak the biscuits in the remaining milk and line a large pirex with half of them
Pour half of the cream over, layer with a new biscuit layer, and spread the rest of the cream
Cover the mousse with the remaining white chocolate and refrigerate until set
You can decorate with strawberries.
