Blend all ingredients in a blender and let it chill. Reserve
Sweet
In a saucepan, mix all ingredients and stir over low heat for approximately 30 minutes
Let it cool down
Assembling
Line the bottom of a refrigerator-safe mold with a layer of biscuit
Place a layer of sweet on top followed by a layer of mousse
Repeat the process until you finish with a layer of mousse
Lettuce it chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
