Boil the potatoes with a little water until they're mashed
Let them cool
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and mix well
Then moisten the marshmallow treats in milk
Assembly
In a refrigerator alternate layers of moistened marshmallow treats, cooked potato, and chocolate cream
Next cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least six hours
Take it out of the refrigerator and unmold before serving.
