In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, egg yolks, and cornstarch
Blend until smooth, then pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat
Stir constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil

Cut strawberries into cubes
When the first layer is cooled, top with the strawberries

In a blender, combine chocolate, butter, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and whole milk
Melt the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature
Pour over the strawberries

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Fold in egg whites, softened butter, and vanilla extract
Spread over the chocolate layer
Decorate with additional strawberries
Garnish with whipped cream just before serving.
