Grease a rectangular mold measuring 25 x 12 cm with butter
Cover with plastic wrap and reserve
In a processor, blend the biscuits and hazelnuts until everything forms a crumb mixture
Use it to line the bottom and sides of the mold, pressing firmly
Let the ice cream soften slightly, then mix in the cream cheese and milk
Pour into the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 12 hours
Unmold just before serving, and decorate with chocolate glaze and fresh strawberries.
