Grease the mold with oil and reserve
Sift the passionfruit pulp through a strainer
Add sugar and one and a half cups of water, mix and reserve
In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the remaining water and let it rest for a few minutes
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved
Combine the gelatin with the passionfruit mixture
Place in the mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm
