1 cup of condensed milk

4 tablespoons of chocolate mousse
1 package of English biscuits

In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, milk, and egg yolks
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Let cool in the refrigerator
In the same saucepan, melt the chocolate and add 1/2 cup of water
Allow to boil and remove from heat
Dip the wafers in this chocolate mixture and place them in the refrigerator on top of the cream
Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the cream (if using fresh cream, beat until thickened)
Mix well and place on top of the wafers
Refrigerate until chilled and serve
