Preheat the oven to a low temperature (150°F)
Mix the popcorn with peanut and coconut flakes and place it in a shallow pan, greased
Let it sit in the oven without opening the door
Grease a 32.5 cm x 22.5 cm baking dish
Combine sugar, honey, and water in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves
Cook without stirring until the mixture reaches a soft-ball stage
Remove from heat and add butter or margarine and vanilla extract
Remove the popcorn from the oven, pour the honey mixture over it, and mix well
Pour into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly
Cut immediately into squares, about 4 cm each
Cut again as the popcorn cools
Melt milk chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat in a water bath
Pour over the popcorn squares.
